Charge MemoOrb, power it on, connect the app, send your content, and begin playing.
Press the Power Button
Press the top button to power MemoOrb on.
Connect the App
Open the Flyokay App and select your MemoOrb.

Shake or Start, Then Play

Start with the common fixes, then use the support options or review the important operating notes.
Won’t Start or Rotate
Gently tap or shake the ball until the top and bottom lights return to normal, then restart it.
App Can’t Find Device
Make sure Bluetooth is on, MemoOrb is powered on, and it is close to your phone. Then try again.
Content Won’t Transfer
Ensure a stable connection, restart the app and MemoOrb, then resend the content.
LED Content Not Displaying
Check that the content was sent to the correct slot. Try syncing the image again from the device list.
Not Flying as Expected
Use MemoOrb in an open area with calm or light wind. Adjust the throw angle and force.
Charging Light Issue
Use a certified USB power source and cable. If the issue continues, contact support.
