Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped from our local U.S. warehouse via USPS.

Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 3-5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier workload, weather conditions, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package is handed over to USPS.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Flyokay is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is shipped.
